V2 is a PR NEWS Top Place to Work in PR!

When we founded V2 over a decade ago, we sought to build a boutique PR agency that we loved to work at. Our vision was to partner with brands that were disrupting entire industries and changing the way we live, work and play – brands that make us excited to get up in the morning. We were also deliberate in hiring the best and brightest — people who are not only strategic, creative and scrappy, but are fun, positive people that we love to work alongside and support in their professional development. That formula has proved tremendously fruitful for the agency.

And we couldn’t be more delighted to announce today that V2 has made PR NEWS’ 2019 Top Place to Work in PR list!

PR NEWS’ annual list shines a light on organizations that create workplace environments that epitomize work-life balance, give back to the community and advocate for diversity and inclusion.

V2 recognizes that keeping employees engaged is a key factor in retaining talent and keeping them happy. To that end, we ensure there are opportunities for employees to take on projects and responsibilities that map not only to their current interests and passions but also to skill sets they wish to cultivate and long-term career goals. Communication within V2 is open, fluid and collaborative, and during staff meetings every Friday we share client successes and keep everyone in-the-know about the agency as a business.

Although today’s news cycle is 24/7, it’s important that our employees’ work lives are not. V2 has a culture that encourages employees to work when and where is best for them and their client needs, and it invests in supporting technology to ensure uninterrupted client service and productivity when team members are remote.

We’re incredibly proud of V2 and are thrilled our employees love working here as much as we do.

And, that’s not all. V2 also received three PR NEWS Platinum PR Awards honorable mentions for our specific client work with UiPath, Llamasoft and DirectPath! We celebrated our accomplishments last month at the PR News’ Platinum PR Awards Gala in NYC.
