Social is an afterthought for a lot of PR firms, but not V2. They seamlessly integrate social media into both our communications strategy and day-to-day execution of campaigns. Since they have started to manage our owned social channels, we have seen considerable improvement in the quality of our content and growth in our followers, but more importantly, engagement with employees, partners, influencers and current and prospective customers.
